Who is VK

From the bordertown of El Paso, Texas, Villains Kiss is a collaborative performance group formed by singer-songwriter and producer, David Elías Delgado. Influenced by the clash of cultures unique to the region, their exploration of sound finds a home within a blend of bilingual classic and modern pop. Borrowing from David’s roots as a young mariachi, VK brings the vulnerability of Mexican ballads into a synth-filled soundscape layered with electronic dance beats, and topped with a rock & roll attitude to create their signature sound, which the group lovingly calls “pop fronterizo”. VK has been part of festivals such as ‘VANS Warped Tour’ in NM, ‘Neon Desert Music Festival’ and ‘Chalk The Block’ in El Paso, TX. VK’s live performances offer audiences an immersive experience with interactive lighting and visuals that captivate and invite all listeners to the dance floor.
